What We Collect!
When you use Space, we collect and store the following information:
Account Details
Your Telegram user ID and username.
Vault Security
A hashed version of your vault PIN. We store the hash, never the PIN itself.
Gift Card Details
Gift card brand, amount, code, PIN, and expiry. These details are stored in encrypted form.
How Your Data Is Protected
Your gift card codes and PINs are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored. The encryption key is derived from your vault PIN, which only you know. We have no ability to read your gift card details. Not us, not anyone.
PIN Handling
Your vault PIN is never stored. Only a one-way hash is kept to verify your identity.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.
Important: your information stays within the Space experience and is protected with encryption and hashing safeguards designed to minimize access.
Your Rights
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by sending /delete_account in the bot. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Permanent Deletion
Your account and all associated data are removed when you request deletion through the bot.
No Recovery
Deletion is immediate and irreversible, so deleted data cannot be restored later.
Third-Party Services
Space operates via Telegram. Please refer to Telegram's Privacy Policy for how Telegram handles message data.
We use Gemini (Google) to extract gift card details from images you send. Images are processed and immediately discarded, not stored by us.
Service Boundaries
Any data handled by Telegram or Google is subject to their respective privacy practices and service terms.
