The **Encalm Privé Lounge, Terminal 1 Delhi** addresses this effectively by offering a calm, well-managed, and premium environment away from the crowded terminal.

During my recent visit, the lounge maintained a noticeably relaxed and organized atmosphere, making it a suitable space to unwind before departure. With controlled occupancy and efficient operations, it stands out as a premium alternative within the domestic terminal.

### Location & Access

The lounge is situated at **Mezzanine Level 5, Domestic Departures, Terminal 1**. Once you clear security, head towards the elevators/escalators to reach Level 5.

I accessed the lounge using my **ICICI Emerald Private Metal (EPM) Credit Card**, which provided **complimentary access**. The check-in process was seamless, and the reception staff was exceptionally warm, courteous, and welcoming.

### Ambience & Vibe

While the main terminal at T1 is often buzzing and chaotic, the Encalm Privé was a sanctuary. During my visit, it was **fairly empty with only 5–6 people**, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere that felt truly "private." The interior is polished and inviting, offering a welcome respite from the airport rush.

The menu is complemented by a wide variety of desserts, which help complete the dining experience . They also offer a decent, well-curated selection of **complimentary wines and spirits**, which were well-served.
- **The Highlight:** The live **Chai Counter** is the absolute star of the show, especially during the Delhi winter. The chai was excellent and provided that perfect sense of comfort before a flight.

⚠️ It is important to note that there are **no restrooms located inside the lounge**. You will need to use the terminal facilities located nearby on the same floor or back in the main area. While a minor inconvenience, it’s something to plan for if you’re settled in for a long stay.
