Visa Power Travel has been extended to 31 January 2027. From 1 October 2026, eligible spending in all destinations outside India counts towards the campaign, replacing the earlier list of selected countries.

If your next overseas trip falls outside that old list, you can now use the offer there too. The extra reward for Google Pay and Samsung Pay transactions continues, along with the Jetsetter milestone bonus.

The campaign is open to valid, active Visa credit, debit and prepaid cards issued in India. The previous campaign deadline was 30 September 2026.

## Which rewards continue?

| Reward | What qualifies |
| --- | --- |
| 0.5% base reward | Eligible overseas in-person purchases and ATM withdrawals. |
| Additional 10% wallet reward | Eligible overseas Tap to Pay purchases using your Visa card through Google Pay or Samsung Pay, on top of the base reward. |
| ₹10,000 Jetsetter bonus | At least 20 eligible purchase transactions totalling ₹1,00,000 or its foreign-currency equivalent during the campaign. ATM withdrawals do not count. This is a one-time bonus and stacks with the applicable spend rewards. |
| ₹12,000 education bonus | Eligible online overseas education payments totalling at least ₹1,20,000 or its foreign-currency equivalent between 1 July 2026 and 31 January 2027. Direct institution payments and institution-approved platforms qualify; education-loan repayments do not. |

Tapping the physical card alone does not qualify for the wallet bonus. You need to pay through one of the named wallets, so check that your card and phone support it before relying on the extra reward.

## The selected-merchant bonus has not been extended

The revised terms still end the additional 10% reward at selected Visa merchant partners, including Klook and Grab, on 30 September 2026. Do not assume those merchant offers continue simply because the campaign now runs until January.

A qualifying Google Pay or Samsung Pay purchase can still earn the wallet bonus. Ordinary online purchases, prepaid online hotel bookings and ride-hailing payments do not qualify for the travel spend rewards in the extended period. The education bonus is a separate provision for eligible online education payments.

## Redemption and the deadline

Rewards are redeemed through the Visa Power Travel portal as Amazon or Air India gift cards in ₹1,000 blocks. The total campaign reward cap remains ₹50,000 per eligible card, subject to reward availability.

Visa uses the settlement posting date, rather than the day you make the purchase. Spending is updated weekly on the portal and can take up to 15 days after settlement to appear. Leave time for posting and redemption instead of planning your last qualifying purchase on the deadline.

Register your eligible card on [Visa Power Travel](https://www.visapowertravel.com/) before your trip and check the [revised terms](https://images.poshvine.com/IN%20XB%20D2C%20Campaign%20Travel%20Rewards_Terms_2026%20Oct%20refresh_22092026_FINAL.pdf). If you can use the supported wallets, this is worth checking for spending you already plan to make abroad. Compare the card’s forex charges and any payment fees before moving spending just for the offer.
